Fun in the Sun

After putting in a few hard hours of work finishing the shelves for the clinic

Tyrell, Toni and Mic took to the sea for a little more snorkeling. It turns out Mic loves to snorkel. Between him and Tyrell, we could hardly get them out of the water!

They went over Spooky Channel – a deep passage between ledges of coral. Toni, being fond of snorkeling, but not as much as Mic, decided to take the trip in the Kayak.

They got some beautiful pictures!

But also found out why Spooky Channel is named “Spooky” when they peered over the abrupt edge of coral into dark deep waters!

And saw a 6 foot barracuda swimming about 30 feet below! It was so big, Tyrell thought it was a small shark at first!

They worked up quite an appetite. Luckily, Tina was ready to make another batch of coconut bread.

We sadly said goodbye to Toni and Mic on Saturday. It was hard to see them leave – and reminded us how quickly our time in the tropics was coming to an end. To help soothe our sadness, we decided to take a little kayak trip on Sunday.

Crystal clear water and a snorkel set helped us wash away our blues.

Thank God we still have 3 weeks left!
